At Innovated Control Systems we design and manufacture portable lumber dry kilns. Our kilns are designed for transport to your site preassembled and arrive having already been factory tested. Our kilns can be up and running the week they arrive!

The Porta-Kiln XL line of kilns are conventional type kilns and are available with steam, hot water and/or wood fired heating systems. High flow reversing circulation fans combined with our exclusive vent heat recovery system create an extremely efficient air handling system.

Controls are what set our kilns apart, they’re in our name. Straightforward, intuitive and most of all reliable, our controls allow precise control of the entire drying process. Our controls are self sufficient and do not require a PC to operate, but when combined with a computer can provide logging and remote monitoring and control capabilities.
